How to Cancel your Enrollment
1. CLICK HERE to go to our Parent Portal and sign in
2. At the top you will see “I want to” with a drop down menu. Select “Drop a Student”
3. In the Subject please write “Cancellation”
4. In the Message body please tell us your swimmer’s name, class, day and the last month you will be taking lessons with us.
I understand that my registration will be cancelled when Charlotte Aquatics receives this completed cancellation form. Cancellation forms must be received before the 1st day of my child’s final month of lessons. If I change my mind, I must re-enroll. I understand space may only be available in a class other than the class I am withdrawing from. I also understand that I will be billed for the next billing cycle if this notice is not received before the 1st day of my child’s final month of lessons, as per the registration agreement. Hand written or verbal cancellations cannot be accepted.
