Toddler 1: Parent and child class

Toddler 2 & Toddler 3: Parent and child class (6 months – 30 months)This class builds on our Toddler 1 class and continues to foster confidence and competence in the water. Through songs, structured activities, and games, children in the Toddler 2 class enjoy a more active pace of exploring, learning, and interacting with others. Building block skills for independent swimming are developed. Prerequisite: Mastery of Toddler 1 skills. |
Transitional Tot: Parent and child class

Level 1 SwimmerNo previous water experience is necessary. This class is designed to introduce children to the aquatic environment while introducing basic skills that will lead to independent, forward progression in the water. |
Level 2A SwimmerThis class is for students who are comfortable in the water, can blow bubbles, and are able to submerge their head and retrieve objects from under the water. Level 2 swimmers will perform independent propulsion in the water. Students will develop skills that focus on giving them a strong 25 feet of both the front crawl and back crawl stroke. Prerequisite: must have accomplished all level 1 skills |
Level 2B SwimmerIn this level, students build upon the foundational front and back crawl skills that were learned in level 2A. The main goal of Level 2B is for students to be able to swim 25 feet of both the front and back crawl safely and consistently. This class prepares them for the challenge of rotary breathing that is introduced in Level 3. Prerequisite: Must have accomplished all level 2A skills. |
Level 3 SwimmerThis level is for independent swimmers. In this level, students will refine their front crawl and back crawl. Rhythmic, rotary breathing will be introduced as well as the butterfly and elementary backstroke. Prerequisite: Mastery of all level 2 skills. |
Level 4A SwimmerIn this class, students will build on the skills mastered in level 3. Swimmers will continue to build endurance, increase refinement, and improve proficiency with the front and back crawl. Foundational skills for the remaining competitive strokes are initiated. Prerequisite: Mastery of all level 3 skills. |
Level 4B SwimmerThis level builds on the foundational skills of level 4A. The goal is to have students gain confidence, coordination, and improve refinement as they swim all six strokes (Front, back, breast, butterfly, sidestroke, and elementary backstroke). Prerequisite: Mastery of all level 4A skills. |
Level 5 Swimmer

Level 6 SwimmerThis is our highest level of swimming achievement. Students technically refine all strokes and turns. Proficiency, efficiency, and endurance are the goal. Prerequisite: Mastery of all level 5 skills. |

Stroke Clinic
Two options are available: a two-week, one stroke intensive and a four-week, two stroke concentration. Four week Fly/Back Clinic – For swimmers who have passed level 4A and have basic understanding of both butterfly and backstroke. Four week Breast/Free Clinic – For Swimmers who have passed level 4A and have basic understanding of both breaststroke and front crawl. Two week Butterfly Clinic – For swimmers who have passed level 4A and have a basic understanding of butterfly. Two week Backstroke Clinic – For swimmers who have passed level 4A and have a basic understanding of backstroke. Two week Breaststroke Clinic – For students who have passed level 4A and have basic understanding of breaststroke. Two week Front Crawl Clinic – For swimmers who have passed level 3 and have a basic understanding of front crawl and rotary breathing. |
