Liz is the Upper Level Coordinator. She swam competitively from 10th grade in high school all the way through her senior year in college. While in high, school she was awarded swimmer of the year her senior year in her Swim Conference and got best in show for her team all 3 years. In college, she medaled in the 100 fly her freshman year and in the 200 free and 200 medley relays her senior year. She graduated from Randolph-Macon College with a major in Biology and minors in Mathematics and Psychology.  Liz began teaching swim lessons when she was 13 years old, as a volunteer at the YMCA. She has been teaching ever since. In 2014 she started coaching for the YMCA and coached until she started working here in October of 2016. Liz has a 4 years old daughter who loves the water and swimming. On their free time, they love to play in the water, go on walks in the woods and build Legos.
