Ella, who has been with Charlotte Aquatics since 2023, and started out working as a deck hand, then soon after, started working as a teaching assistant. Ella has always loved being in the water. Ella is in high school, and Charlotte Aquatics is her second job. When Ella was 11, she exclaimed to one of her neighbors that she loved to “dust”, so she was hired to clean her neighbor’s house bi-weekly. In her free time Ella loves to participate at the Pineville Public Library’s teen programming that includes the Needle Felting, & Learn, Connect, Play. Ella lives with her mom, dad, sister and two dogs.
