Megan, who has been with Charlotte Aquatics since 2017, is our Assistant Director of Operations. She swam for her neighborhood swim team for 11 years and enjoyed coaching alongside her big sister. As a former lifeguard, she understands the importance of safety and thinks that swimming is a skill that all children need to know. Megan loves making a connection with all of the amazing families at CA.

Megan is the recipient of the USSSA 2018 Outstanding Upper-Level Instructor of the Year Award and the 2019 Outstanding Manager of the Year Award. In her free time, she loves to hang out with her niece and nephew. She is also a wife to Jake and dog mom to 2 cute golden retrievers, Jax and Samson!
