Congratulations Level 7 Grads

Welcome, Charlotte Aquatics family and proud parents, to a special edition of our swim blog that is sure to make waves of excitement! Today, we are thrilled to shine a spotlight on the rising stars of our aquatic community – the newest level 7 Graduates. Our graduates are ready to share their tales – inspiring narratives that showcase the transformation that happens when passion meets persistence in the shimmering embrace of the water.

Bennett’s Bio:

Bennett Wager is 8 years old. He started at Charlotte Aquatics when he was five months old. Bennett’s favorite stroke is breaststroke, and he enjoys swinging on the rope at the pool. When he is not swimming, Bennett is dancing, sewing, and playing tennis. He is grateful to be a strong swimmer so that he can fully enjoy pools and beaches. Bennett really enjoyed all of his teachers; they made learning to swim fun.

Rayhaaan’s Bio:

Rayhaaan is 14 years old. His favorite things to do when he isn’t swimming are playing basketball and video games. One of his favorite swimming memories is the first time he did the rope jump. His preferred swim stroke is backstroke. At Charlotte Aquatics, his favorite memory was doing the boat ride. His favorite instructor is Mr. Mike. After completing each level in the swim program, he stores the patches in the showcase.

Adelyn’s Bio:

Adelyn loves to swim. When she first began her journey at Charlotte Aquatics, she was apprehensive about going underwater. Now, she has blossomed into a confident and skilled swimmer, tackling each stroke with determination and grace. She proudly displays all her certificates and patches at home and loves seeing her picture on the wall with each passing level. Her favorite swimming memory at Charlotte Aquatics was swimming with pumpkins. Swimming has not only taught her valuable life skills and instilled a sense of discipline and perseverance but has also ignited a passion within her that continues to grow with each passing day. Her favorite strokes are backstroke and freestyle, and she is excited for her next adventure: year-round competitive swimming.

Sangarshna’s Bio:

Sangarshna is 9 years old and in 3rd grade. Sangarshna goes to karate and plays with his family when he is not swimming. He started swimming when he was 3.5 years old. His favorite swimming memory was sliding in the pool while he was a toddler and swinging off the rope. Sangarshna’s favorite stroke is breaststroke. His mom saved all his certificates and patches in a folder. Swimming really helped him at the pool and beach. Sangarshna liked his instructor Mr. Mike and his way of teaching. His favorite memory of Charlotte Aquatics is doing the Scavenger Hunt and searching for the animals.

Parent Note: Thank you, Charlotte Aquatics, for teaching both of my children to swim, and they both graduated. We love Charlotte Aquatics, the instructors, and the unlimited makeup lessons. We have great memories of Charlotte Aquatics, and thank you for being part of our life.

At our swimming haven, we believe in starting the journey to water confidence early, with lessons available for little ones as young as 3 months. By diving in from the very beginning, we’re not only nurturing future champions but working towards our ultimate goal of preventing drowning one joyful splash at a time.
